I am looking to buy a home, but I am interested in finding out more about the rules and fees for the Home Owners Association. Is there a way to contact someone that can give me the information on all of the rules and how much it is a year/month?

For the past week or so, I’ve been receiving emails and comments on this blog regarding the HOA of this subdivision and the fact that they have asked a military family to remove a sign from their property. Some of these emails, mind you, have been attacks in which I am the target along with with the HOA of Frenchmans Creek. Because of this, I wanted to say a couple of things…

This is my blog and this is one of the numerous posts I have here that is about a particular neighborhood. I also have posts about River Ranch, Sugar Mill Pond, Delmar Estates, La Premiere, Stonehaven on the River, to name a few. I am not in any way, shape, or form affiliated with this neighborhood or its HOA, or with any neighborhood for that matter. I live in the country, about 10 mins away from the mall, where there are no HOA and also none of this nonsense.

I am also a veteran’s wife and I respect our service men and women. I think this HOA’s position is idiotic at best and they obviously didn’t think about the consequences of their actions.

This being said, I will not let my blog become an outlet for attacks on these people. However, if you want to share, in a positive and uplifting comment, your support for this military family, I will gladly post them here.

    Sincerely,
    Chantal Saucier
