Historic Home for Sale Downtown Breaux Bridge

Historic homes like this one do not come on the market very often. This one is a gem located within walking distance of downtown Breaux Bridge and sitting on a beautifully landscaped acre of land.

Built in 1895, the Maison Champagne features a wrap around porch, original hardwood floors throughout, 1983 square feet, 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths, a sitting room adjacent to the master, a fun room with bar, sink and views of the back yard, a new roof, and so much more…

If you love historic homes, this one is worth a tour. Contact me today to schedule your private showing or click here for more information.

Images from Austin, TX

We just came back from a few days in Austin, Texas, where we attended Keller Williams’ Mega Agent Camp. I really thought I would have time to post while we were there but that didn’t happen. I still took the time to snap a couple of pictures, though…

Farm for sale in Carencro, LA

This pond is begging for someone to fish in it!

My husband and I have a mini farm on about 12 acres (vegetable garden, orchard, cows, chicken, horses, stocked pond, etc.) and it seems like I constantly meet people who wished they could live the way we do and most importantly, they could eat the way we do. Every one who has had the opportunity to visit our property always says: “Man, I wish I could live on a property like this!”

Pasture located at 212 Gourmet Rd in Carencro, LA

You can keep the grass down with a few cows here...

Folks, this is it! This property on Gourmet Rd in Carencro is just the perfect setting to be all of that! You can either build a home or buy a mobile home or a house to be moved (priced right) and be right in business with your own mini farm, producing your own food (or some of it) with a much smaller cost than if you buy land that has nothing on it, i.e. no barn, no shop, no pond, orchard, fences, etc. This property even has electricity set up already!

Property for sale at 212 Gourmet Road in Carencro includes barn, shop, etc.

How about some grass feed "beef" in those stalls.

And I will tell you what, if you buy this 14+ acre property from me between now and thanksgiving 2011, I will personally give you a grass fed calf to put in your pasture to finish off and put in your freezer later!!! A real grass fed, as organic as it gets, calf. I’ll even throw in a couple of good laying hens if that’s what it takes! LOL

Seriously, for more information, please contact me or your agent and let’s make a deal!
